Featuring the internal workings of their current range of Full HD resolution plasmas, the KRP-500A series offer frames with a jaw dropping depth of just 64mm.

The 60in KRP-500A and 50in KRP-500A achieve their remarkably svelte appearance by housing their media receivers in a separate unit. This unit holds integrated analogue tuner, a digital terrestrial (DVB-T) tuner along with a digital satellite (DVB-S/DVB-S2) tuner.

Although Pioneer have not yet released exact details of the KRP-500M range, it looks like they will be similar to the 'A' version but with amongst other things, less sophisticated media receivers.

All of the new screens will feature an impressive 4 HDMI inputs. The KRP-600M will arrive on these shores in August followed by the KRP-600A this September. The KRP-500A and KRP-500M will be available by October.
