At just 43mm deep JVC's ultra slim LT-42WX70 will be difficult to spot side on when it arrives in the UK this March. Other screen sizes will follow later in 2009.

JVC have managed to achieve the svelte profile with the help of a separate media box. The tuner unit is connected to the screen by HDMI and can be placed vertically or horizontally.

With Dynapix HD picture processing and Clear Motion Drive III, JVC's take on 100Hz processing, the 42WX70's beauty is certainly more than just skin deep.

With an expanded colour space along with over fifty on screen image tweaking options the LT-42WX70 will also appeal to those looking for a professional image editing monitor. JVC's 'GENESSA' technology for accurate and natural colour adds to the appeal of the screen.

This is the first model in JVC's Xiview range and will be in UK stores this March. JVC has not yet released pricing details.
